It was a very hot day and though it was not a very long walk, we were ready for a drink and some food at the Café Rouge by the Dome. I always think about a cool cider towards the end of a long walk and the size of the glass tends to increase in size in my imagination, for once I was able to have some excellent cidre from Brittany, but only 330 ml. The confit duck with plum sauce was very good too. More pictures of the area at: http://www.cullens.org.uk/1.Cullens_Greenwich.htm |
